To use Call Forward Override:

  1. Lift the handset or select the prime line.

  2. Dial the Call Forward - Override feature access code.

  3. Dial the number.

NOTE: You can also press a DSS key instead of dialing the destination number or a speedcall key containing the destination number. When the DSS key is used in this way, the state of the monitored line is ignored and  there is no attempt to perform a DSS pickup of a ringing line.
